The cost of our software products is contingent upon the selected service or application, tailored to your unique needs. A detailed price breakdown will be presented for your confirmation, inclusive of delivery and packaging fees already incorporated into the final checkout price. For urgent orders, we strongly recommend reaching out to us beforehand to ensure the timely delivery of your software product on your specified date.

We make every effort to dispatch orders or deliver applications within the stipulated timeframes. However, in unforeseen circumstances, delivery may be subject to delays as we rely on third-party couriers for shipping. While we strive to maintain our commitment, there may be occasional instances where couriers fail to meet their service obligations. Although rare, we cannot assume responsibility for any delays in item delivery.

If your parcel does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us promptly. We will liaise with the courier, provide you with updates, and address any concerns. In the event of damaged goods upon receipt, kindly inform us within seven days of delivery.

For downloadable software, no shipping is involved. However, for other services, we do not guarantee a specific delivery time, as it varies based on the product or service. Software download orders will be confirmed via a separate email containing download links and instructions.

Certain purchased items may necessitate the issuance of a license key. In such cases, we will reach out to collect information regarding the host ID of the designated computer for key generation. Once we receive this information, your license key will be promptly generated and sent to you without delay.
