Refund on Services

Due to the customized and resource-intensive nature of our services, The refund will be processed within 2 business days, and the refund will be credited to the original payment method in 7 to 10 working days once a project has been initiated or a service has been availed. This includes, but is not limited to, blockchain application development, smart contract deployment, NFT integrations, metaverse development, and related consulting services.

The non-refundable policy is based on the immediate allocation of time, expertise, and resources as soon as a project begins.

Exceptional Cases

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur. In exceptional cases, where it is determined by Nonceblox management that a refund is fair and justified, a partial or full refund may be considered.

• Such cases must be reported within 15 days from the date the issue arises.
• The decision to issue a refund will be at the sole discretion of Nonceblox management.
• If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.
